Death Stranding Is Officially Coming To PC For Summer 2020
Kojima Productions has confirmed upcoming PlayStation 4 exclusive Death Stranding will be coming to PC. The official Kojima Productions Twitter account (below) has let fans know a PC version of Death Stranding will be ready to launch in Summer 2020. That means that Death Stranding is no longer a PS4 exclusive though PlayStation gamers are getting the game much earlier, with it launching on PS4 on November 8, 2019.

When is the Death Stranding PC release date?
There’s no news of an exact Death Stranding PC release date just yet, but Kojima Productions tweet (above) reveals that it’s set to “be coming to PC in early summer of 2020.” Hopefully a fixed release date will arrive in the not-too-distant future for us to mark in our calendars.
Sony’s official messaging about the game also hasn’t been clear – likely intentionally. Death Stranding has been referred to as an exclusive in some cases, and a console exclusive in others. Indeed, some official PlayStation product pages do not list it as an exclusive at all, which is what recently caused an uptick in questions about Death Stranding’s true status.
So this is great news for PC gamers who have been eyeing up Kojima’s strange-looking game. We’re still not completely sure what the game is about, but considering Kojima’s legacy in producing some of the best games ever made, we can be pretty sure that PC games alongside PS4 owners – will have a treat in store for them.
