PlayStation State Of Play 2019 Airs Live December 10
Sony has revealed that the final State of Play for 2019 will air next Tuesday, December 10. The show will start at 6am Pacific / 9am Eastern / 2pm UK (that’s 1am December 11 in AEDT) and will be available to watch on PlayStation’s official accounts across Twitch, YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter.
Viewers can expect “20 minutes of new game reveals, release date announcements, new gameplay footage, PlayStation Worldwide Studios updates, and more,” according to a post on the PlayStation blog. Aside from that, Sony didn’t hint at any potential announcements for this episode of State of Play. Instead, just a warning: there won’t be any news on its next-gen console, the PlayStation 5.

Sony will see out the year with a showcase which will stretch on for roughly 20 minutes, where we’re promised new PlayStation 4 game reveals, release date announcements, all-new gameplay footage, and updates from PlayStation Worldwide Studios.
Sony didn’t give any hints as to what games we might see at the show, though it rarely does that. Seeing as Capcom recently uploaded Resident Evil 3 materials to the PlayStation Store, there’s a good chance the remake will be unveiled on this episode.
Fans also spotted an update to the Ghost of Tsushima playlist on PlayStation’s YouTube channel, which could be a sign a new trailer is coming. Playlist updates happen for a variety of reasons, of course, so don’t get your hopes up too much.
It’s still a big mystery what exactly is going to be shown although Sucker Punch’s Ghost of Tsushima looks to be nailed on. The Ghost of Tsushima official YouTube playlist was updated yesterday, indicating a new private video has been added behind the scenes. Could it be time for a release date reveal?
